File Under: Tax initiatives bad for Maine

I would love to have more money in my pocket, however Question 2 and Question 4 on Maine's November ballot are just not gonna help us. As much as I despise the idiots running this state, it's representative government, which is the foundation of our country, should not be subverted in such a fashion. If you don't like the way things are going in your state or municipal government, petition your elected official, elect someone else, or run for office. That's the point! Don't put in place sweeping automatic laws that will require an act of God to undo.
